2021-2022 Dues

2020-2021 Dues

The 2020-2021 dues and assessment  are attributed to the following:

The two pools where closed early 2018 pool season due to major equipment failures. The heaters, pumps, plumbing, etc were either leaking major water and / or not working.  Water & other chemicals were being added on a daily basis with no results.  Also the City inspector wrote us up for being out of code.   The board sought out three contractors to evaluate the needs of the pools.  These contractors were from Abilene, Lubbock, & Midland. Midland pool companies would not return calls. So a contractor from Lubbock bid was accepted. Along with the pools the playground mulch under the swings were not in compliance & had to be replaced.   Cost to bring pools up to code, replace equipment, & repair plaster/tile at water line down was the reason, the dues were increased & a capital improvement was assessed in 2019-2020 for 3 years.  Along with the pools the playground mulch under the swings are not in compliance & has to be replaced.

Pools and Playground  are now up to code and ready for use.

Hope this helps!
